GUEST SPEAKERS: Dan Zalinsky & Maria Lupicuti of Toll Brothers New York.
Mr. Zalinsky serves as Division President of Toll Brothers New York Metro Division. Dan
has been in his current position since 2007, and has been employed by Toll Brothers for
over nineteen years. Dan joined the New York Metro Division in 1997 and his
contributions have been a key factor in the division’s continued growth and success. Dan
is involved in many charitable activities and serves as Revenue Chair of The
Dutchess/Ulster March of Dimes Walk.
Ms. Maria Lupicuti is currently working as Business Development Manager at TBI
Mortgage. She has been in the mortgage industry since 1983 as a loan officer and has
mortgage sales and underwriting experience. Ms. Lupicuti is responsible for overseeing
the loan approvals for Toll buyers. She is the link between the building company and the
mortgage company.
