 I am a Certified New York State Residential Appraiser covering Columbia, Dutchess, Greene, New York ( Manhattan) and  Bronx Counties. I am also licensed as a certified appraiser in Florida. I am available as an appraiser or consultant to perform fee split appraisals, due diligence, site inspections and feasibility studies.  I was a commercial broker for 30 years specializing in shopping centers, office buildings, industrials and sale- leasebacks. I have completed all the commercial courses required by New York State for the certified general license. I was an independent contractor for the former Lehman Brothers for 10 years doing due diligence on their REO portfolio and  do work for companies such as  Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Fidelity, and other institutions, lawyers and individuals.
