SPEAKER:	Mr. George J. McGann, City of Poughkeepsie Building Inspector & Zoning Administrator Mr. McGann is the former Building/Fire Inspector and Zoning Adminstrator for the Town of Fishkill. Mr. McGann is a New York State Registered Code Enforcement Official(NYSCEO), a member of the New York State Building Officials Conference(NYSBOC), of the International Code Council(ICC), and the National Fire Protection Association(NFPA).
